Trouble with wallet backups

I'm having a specific issue with backing up my Jaxx Liberty Wallet and could use some help.
Case: I recently tried to back up my wallet and save my recovery phrase. I followed the steps to write down the 12-word phrase and stored it securely. However, when I attempted to restore my wallet on a new device using the same recovery phrase, I encountered several problems:
Incomplete Restoration: The wallet restored partially, showing an incorrect balance and missing recent transactions.
Error Messages: During the restoration process, I received vague error messages without any clear guidance on how to fix them.
Syncing Issues: After the incomplete restoration, the wallet doesn't sync properly with the blockchain, resulting in inconsistent data between devices.
